To support streamlined scheduling and secure access to our studio calendar system through Vagaro, there is a $20 monthly administrative fee for any individual who wishes to be listed as a Studio Member with direct booking access to our studio.

This membership includes:

1. Featured Listing on Website: Bio, photo, contact info, and service offerings promoted to the Radiant You Wellness community.
2. Client Booking Access: Ability to book studio time directly through the scheduling system.
3. Discounted Studio Rentals: Reduced rates by (30%) hourly or rental packages for workshops, classes, or private sessions.
4. Priority Booking: First access to reserve studio space for high-traffic times or special events.
5. Social Media Features: Rotating spotlights on @radiantyouwellness Facebook and Instagram page.
6. Co-Branded Event Promotion: Assistance with sharing events in newsletters and social platforms.
7. Bi-Monthly Member Meetups: Soul-nourishing gatherings to share, collaborate, and align energies..
8. Radiant You Wellness Practitioner Chat (via Telegram) - Gather in soul-aligned community through our private member space on Telegram—a sacred container to share insights, intentions, creations, and what you're currently moving through. This is a space of collaboration, co-creation, and deep witnessing as we walk this path together.

This $20 monthly fee will be billed directly and must be active to retain rental privileges and calendar access.(3 month minimum contract required)

Radiance room is the main yoga room, celestial sanctuary is the updtairs treatment room 

A cozy, serene treatment room designed for energy healing, Reiki, bodywork, intuitive sessions, acupuncture, OT, coaching, counseling and private 1:1 offerings. A peaceful container for deep rest, recalibration, and soul-aligned work.

Included Amenities:

1. Massage/Reiki table with clean linens. We kindly ask that you remove used linens after your session and prepare the table with fresh linens for the next practitioner. Used linens may be placed in the laundry bin located either in the main studio or in the closet near the Reiki table.Your help in maintaining the cleanliness and flow of the space is deeply appreciated
2. Comfortable chairs or couch for consultations or guided sessions
3. Soft ambient lighting with dimmer options
4. Bluetooth speaker for gentle music or sound healing
5. Essential oil diffuser (bring your preferred oils or feel free to use what is provided)
6. Small altar space for crystals, candles, or sacred tools
7. Access to restroom and waiting area
8. Keyless Entry

1. 1 hour: $55 per hour

Monthly Packages (3-Month Minimum Commitment Required):

Packages are billed monthly and must be paid in full each cycle. Payments will automatically be processed on the same calendar day each month, based on your original purchase date

Enjoy flexibility by using sessions individually or grouping them together for longer rentals based on your needs. All sessions must be used within the same calendar month of purchase. Unused sessions will not roll over into the following month. If additional sessions are needed, you will be extra charged per class price breakdown based on your package selection.

If additional sessions are needed (for example, if there are 5 Sundays in a month instead of 4), you will be charged for the extra class based on your selected package rate. The cost of the additional class will reflect the per-class price included in your current package

2. 8-Pack (1-hour sessions – can be combined for extended bookings): $222

1. 12-Pack(1-hour sessions – can be combined for extended bookings): $300
2. Unlimited sessions per month: $500

2. We enable pre-registration, you collect at event
3. We handle all payment processing (5% service fee added to cost due) This would be taken from the money owed after the workshop.

💜 Booking

Bookings are now online for your ease and flow Radiant You Wellness Co-Op Membereship. Once you are a registered member, an email will be sent with additional information.

🧹🧽 Studio Cleanliness & Conditional Policy

1. All renters are required to leave the premises in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was found. This includes cleaning and returning all props, equipment, or furnishings to their original location. All cleaning and resetting must be completed within the designated rental period. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees or loss of rental privileges.
2. Each rental includes 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time for setup and closing/cleanup. When booking your time in the space, please be mindful to include any additional moments you may need for sacred setup, post-gathering connection, or intentional cleanup. We kindly ask that you remain mindful of your total rental window to support a smooth flow for all who share this sacred space. Should your session extend beyond the allotted time, an additional fee may be applied to honor the timing of those booked before or after you.
3. Proof of insurance, listing Radiant You Wellness LLC as an additional insured, must be submitted via email to carrie@radiantyouwellness.org prior to confirming any bookings.
4. Please note: Alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe, sacred, and respectful environment for all.
5. Radiant You Wellness reserves the right to end agreements if policies are not respected.
6. Footwear Policy: For the care and preservation of our studio spaces, all individuals are required to remove their shoes upon entering the lobby. Footwear is strictly prohibited in both the main and upstairs areas. If you require footwear for medical or accessibility reasons, please contact Carrie directly in advance to make appropriate accommodations.
7. The Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period.
8. If additional sessions are required within the same month, they may be added at the prorated per-session rate corresponding to your selected package.
9. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
2. Furthermore, please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations, as the reserved time has been specifically held and made unavailable to others.
